In February of 1989, he moved from Linsen all the way to the temporary construction site for worship. In November of 1979, he invited investment and construction. On December 17, the construction of the new Mosque was officially started. Praise Allah, no matter what No damage or damage occurred to the project or personnel. By the end of December 1980, the structure of the new Mosque was completed. On February 7, the fourth day of the eighty-one year (Xinzheng New Year's Day), the ceremony was held in the new hall. It was held on the day that there were more than one hundred and seventy people from Mazhi Mumin who came to the Mosque to participate in the ceremony.

Praise for the grace that Allah has given us so that we have a brand-new, magnificent and majestic house of worship. Praise Allah for making our new temple a modern and multifunctional building. As long as we work hard for the expansion of Islam with the help of Allah, we believe that Allah’s right path will be carried forward in Taiwan.

All the Mumins of this Mosque have devoted all their efforts to constructing the new Mosque. Although it has been completed and put into use, the internal facilities are still incapable of setting up. I look forward to the support of the powerful Mumins and pray that Allah can give us this wish.
